If you can't tell by now I love taking pictures. I have always said that if I had to pick one thing I couldn't live without (besides my family of course) it would be my camera. Capturing moments in time so that they can become frozen and seen years and years later is amazing to me. Therefore, I have decided to start pursuing photography more than just a hobby. It may take time and I may not be successful at it, but I am going to try my darnedest to get better and learn as much as possible. I have even talked about doing it with my sister Laura, who has a great eye and talent herself.
I am going to use this year to hopefully take classes, build up my portfolio, and make a long term plan for myself. I have prayed about it a lot and I feel like it is worth a try to take a go at doing what I love for a living or at least part time. So I have started doing shoots and this past week I got to photograph my new little cousin Katelyn Elyse. She is truly a gorgeous baby and I loved playing dress up with her. I would be in T-R-O-U-B-L-E if I had a little girl. My poor hubby would go bankrupt. I hope you enjoy the pictures...prepare for preciousness overload!
