March 28th marked 4 years of wedded bliss for my hubby and I:) We celebrate each year in some special way, trying to spend the day with one another. Instead of a typical date...dinner and a movie (which we ended up doing anyways too...yay for grandparents who take the boys overnight!) we decided to spend the day together doing things we enjoy and being somewhere we love to be...the outdoors. So we jeeped, hiked, and took in all the beauty that is Colorado's outdoors. I shot a shotgun for the first time! I wasn't very good. We even had a picnic on the side of rock that overlooked Colorado Springs. It was romantic in a rugged way and the perfect way to spend our anniversary together.
