A backyard is where memories are made...

Growing up I remember a lot of fun things that took place in our backyard. I remember having backyard campouts underneath the stars, playing with my cousins and sister, running through the sprinkler, having countless parties and cookouts, helping with chores, laying out soaking in the sun, jumping on the trampoline...the list could go on and on about all of the memories I have in my parent's backyard. Already I know my boys have created a lot of memories in their Grammy and Papa's backyard. They always want to go in their big backyard and play and run free. I love how a child's outlook on life is so free, charismatic, and inquisitive. Everything is a new experience to them and they are constantly discovering. I believe outside play is so important in a child's life and I try to get them outside as much as possible.

My Dad was doing yard work on the particular day, so Kaden
wanted to mow the lawn just like his Papa. He got cranky and said
no and went and sat down in the rocks when I tried to
take a pic of him mowing the grass lol.
Kaleb got a hold of the blower and was helping
his Papa blow dirt into the grass...sounds logical right? Ha ha!
He tried to blow his brother away too...Kaden thought this was hilarious
My precious family
Rolling around in the grass

Kaden ready to play some soccer
Kyle made a makeshift soccer goal with two buckets so that
they could play "soccer" (but they used a volleyball- gotta utilize your resources)
Kaleb was being the goalie
Kaleb can kick that ball hard!
Kaden gets his lil' legs up and really tries to kick the ball far
