Vegas Vacation: Day 1...

We landed in Vegas on a Friday night, met my Aunt Di (who traveled from Oklahoma) at the airport, got our bags, and met our limo driver. We were all so pumped to be in Vegas and looking forward to the girl's weekend ahead. Our limo was "big pimpin" as they would say haha and it wasn't just any old limo...it was a stretch Escalade and fit all 8 of us perfectly. As we drove to our hotel we sipped on champagne, did a lil' dancing (my mom literally laid down on the floor and danced when her favorite song "On the Floor" by Jennifer Lopez came on the radio- we decided that this was the theme song for our weekend in Vegas and every time we heard it we freaked out and started breaking out in dance, it was like it was automatic ha ha), and sang and screamed out the windows. Once we arrived at the hotel the cougars (my mom and my 3 aunts) checked in, while the 4 young bucks (myself, my sister, my sister's best friend, and my cousin) took our first shot in Vegas. After we were all checked in we got freshened up for our first night on the town. We got a late start so we were already behind the ball. Everyone was famished and wanted to eat, drink, and be merry. So when we couldn't find a place to eat people started getting cranky. We ended up eating at Denny's, which was all fine and dandy, but it would've been fun to eat at a place you can only eat at in Vegas (we had other opportunities to do that though). Dinner was done and we walked the strip and saw some sights. We caught the tale end of the Bellagio fountains show. Some of our (cough...my Aunt Deb...cough...you know I love you) feet started hurting from wearing sky high inch heels and thats where the night pretty much ended...well pretty much. We decided to go back to our rooms and get a good nights sleep so we had enough energy for the next couple days ahead. So all in all it was a good thing our first night in Vegas was somewhat of a bust (but not really lol). However, before going to sleep the 4 young bucks went and had a margarita just to finish the night on a good note. Even though the first night didn't turn out the way we wanted to, the other two nights ahead def made up for it:)

We were getting the party started early lol

My Aunt Patty pouring me a glass of champagne to
celebrate our arrival in Vegas...wahoooo!!!
The birthday girl!
Funny story...on the floor of our hotel where we stayed (Treasure Island)
there was this cool looking table that looked like it would be comfy to lay in
so I did ha ha lol. We decided that a lot of people prob did this he he!
Not our proudest moment but for dinner our first night in
Vegas we ended up going to Denny's...wah wah wah! Everyone
was soooooo hungry and everywhere we went there was
a wait except Denny's of course. I think that is where all the locals were lol.
Some random lady on the strip sung happy birthday to Laura :)

Made me feel like I was in Paris again, but
this Eiffel Tower just isn't the same as the real
one (maybe with free airfare starting again soon we
can go back sooner rather than later...crossing my fingers)
