Well so far ours is growing alright. We have lost a couple plants to my bad gardening skills, but the tomatoes and peppers are thriving and the strawberries are hanging in there too. It has been an exciting experience for the boys, especially when they start to see an actual fruit or vegetable that they can recognize start to form. I am hoping that sooner rather than later our garden will produce something big enough that we can actually eat:)
The boys did such a wonderful job helping us plant all the different fruits and veggies in the garden plot that Kyle built special for our little garden. They acted like they knew exactly what they were doing and still remind me each day that I need to water it. Kyle is a better "farmer" than I am and with all of my mom duties I am not the greatest at remembering to take care of our garden. I am also hoping that this garden will prompt the boys to eat more veggies since they helped grow them!
The boys are awesome helpers!
