Three years ago I was in Heaven with my new little family of four. I was blissfully happy and content with life, holding my newborn baby in my arms and falling in love him more and more by the second. Kyle and I were amazed that we could love another child just as much as our first, and we couldn't believe how precious our new baby was.
Today is a different story...even though there are those special moments of cuddles and we are more in love with both of our boys now than ever and life is truly amazing and full of blessings, however my Kaden is no longer a baby but a little boy growing smarter and taller by the day. He is a talker, a mover, and a shaker. He is his big brother's biggest fan and mime...they are so much alike yet so different.
Kaleb is a great big brother...even though some times he is kinda rough with his baby bro!
Kaden will be starting preschool in August, going two days a week...what will I do with myself 6 hours a week when they are both in school. I am sure I will have plenty to do. I just can't believe we are already at the preschool point for my baby. Even though I am pretty sure I am done having kiddos, I think to myself sometimes about having one more because I so miss having a tiny baby...then I accidentally get hit in the head with a toy that one of the boys threw and I snap back into reality. Plus, the boys are at fun ages where we can go and do so much with them. We live a very active lifestyle and keep the boys busy, which keeps them happy!
My handsome boys!
I look forward to the next year seeing Kaden grow more and more and watching his personality develop further. He truly is a people person and loves to make others laugh and smile...which isn't too hard just looking at his cute face. There is no way that you couldn't help but love this smiley faced, bubbly, giggly kid. His brother adores him too!
Brotherly love!
I love seeing the bond between my boys grow as well. They have a love hate relationship in which they fight a ton, but they can't stand to be away from one another for too long. The love of brothers is truly amazing and it is such fun to watch them grow up together. I feel so blessed to have my boys!
My precious 3 year old big boy!
